INNODEALS GOLDEN TICKET DRAW

Terms & Conditions

These conditions apply from the 22nd of September until the 25th of September 2026

 

1. Organiser

The Innodeals Golden Ticket Draw (the “Prize Draw”) is organised by Akiem, Eurosquare 1, 151-161 Boulevard Victor Hugo, 93400 Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine, France (the “Organiser”).

2. Purpose of the Prize Draw

The innodeals golden ticket draw (the “Prize Draw”) is designed to reward customers participating in the Innodeals campaign and entering into an eligible locomotive leasing agreement under the campaign conditions.

3. Eligibility

Participation is open exclusively to legal entities represented by a duly authorised employee attending InnoTrans 2026, or, if not represented, allowed to participate in the Prize Draw (a “Participant”).

To be eligible, the Participant must:

  • be a legal person validly registered in Europe
  •  be validly registered with the relevant registry in its country of incorporation;
  • not have been declared bankrupt or have requested and has not been granted a suspension of payments;
  • not ne, nor any of its subsidiaries, shareholders, directors or officers, subject to any economic or financial sanctions from either (i) the US Office of Foreign Assets Control, (ii) the European Union or (iii) the United Nations Security Council.

Natural persons are not eligible.

No purchase is required to participate in the Prize Draw.

4. Participation Procedure

Representatives of the Participants will receive one (1) Akiem-issued golden ticket from Akiem during InnoTrans 2026.

To enter the Prize Draw, the representative of the Participant must:

  • Complete the detachable ticket stub by clearly writing their full name and company name;
  • Deposit the completed ticket stub into the designated draw box located on the Akiem stand during the Innotrans Fair period;

Participation by non-attending eligible Participant

Eligible companies that are not physically represented at InnoTrans 2026 may nevertheless participate in the Prize Draw, at the Organiser’s discretion. In such circumstances, the Participant’s designated Organiser representative may submit one (1) ticket on behalf of the Participant.

Only one (1) ticket entry per Participant is permitted whether directly or through an Organiser representative.
The Organiser reserves the right to check the submissions to ensure the above.

Any additional ticket submitted on behalf of the same Participant shall be deemed invalid.

5. Draw and Winner Selection

The winning entry will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received.

The draw will take place after the closing of InnoTrans 2026, latest on the 30th of September 2026.

The Organiser’s decision shall be final and binding.

6. Prize

The prize consists of:

An additional commercial discount of EUR 10,000 (ten thousand euros) over the global amount of the lease rentals, granted to the winning Participant, subject to contract conditions to be agreed between the parties (the “Prize”).

The prize:

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash;
  • Cannot be transferred to another company;
  • Cannot be combined with any other promotional benefit (other than the Innodeals campaign) beyond those expressly permitted by Akiem;
  • Has no cash value outside the contractual relationship with Akiem.

The conditions under which the Prize is allocated to the winning Participant are at the discretion of Akiem.

In case the winning Participant would not sign any contract related to Innodeal campaign, the Prize cannot be used for any other contracts.

7. Conditions for Awarding the Prize

  • The Prize may only be awarded to the winning participant if it enters into a binding agreement with the Organiser for the leasing of locomotive(s) compliant with the Innodeals campaign, i.e. for the avoidance of doubt;
  • The leasing period is either 6 months or 12 months;
  • The leasing of the locomotive(s) begins no later than 1 February 2027;
  • The leased locomotive(s) must be of one of the following types: TRAXX DC2 PL, TRAXX DC3 PL with and without Last Mile, Dragon MS PLCZSK, BR 186 DABNL, BR 186 DACHI, BR 185 DACH, BR 187 DAHURO, BR 189 DAPLCZSKHU, BR 189 DACHINL, BR 189 DAI, Prima 491;
  • Such contract must comply with Akiem’s standard terms and conditions (available on demand) unless agreed otherwise between the parties;
  • Such leasing does not constitute a lease renewal (i.e. extension of an existing leasing agreement).

Notwithstanding any provision of these Terms and Conditions, the Organiser reserves the right, at its sole discretion, not to award any Prize. Participants acknowledge and agree that participation in the Competition does not create any right or entitlement to receive a Prize unless and until the Organiser has formally confirmed the award of such Prize. No Participant shall be entitled to any compensation, damages or other remedy arising out of any decision by the Organiser not to award a Prize.

8. Fraud and Misuse

The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant that:

  • Provides false, misleading or incomplete information;
  • Attempts to submit multiple entries from the same Participant;
  • Acts in a manner contrary to the spirit or rules of the Prize Draw.

9. Personal Data

Personal data collected through the Prize Draw will be processed solely for the purposes of administering the draw and contacting the winner, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Personal Data collected for the purpose of this Prize Draw will not be retained longer than 6 months for these purposes.

10. Liability

The Organiser shall not be responsible for:

  • Lost, damaged, illegible or misplaced entries;
  • Technical or operational issues affecting participation;
  • Circumstances beyond its reasonable control preventing the proper administration of the Prize Draw.

11. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions

Participation in the Prize Draw constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with French law.

Any dispute arising from the Prize Draw shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, France.
