How our recruitment process works
Our HR team makes a pre-selection. If it seems your application may interest us, we will contact you soon for an exploratory telephone interview. We may follow this up with role-playing sessions or interviews with your future managers, either in person or remotely.
Starting your career with Akiem
The HR team and your new manager will offer you close support during your first months at Akiem, with a personalised introductory process that will help you get to know the business and take up your new role with confidence.
