I work with the sales team before every lease contract is agreed, designing, and putting in place a maintenance solution tailored to meet the client’s needs. Once the lease contract is signed, I oversee delivery of the services and make sure that we are meeting our contract obligations to the client. Along with the sales project manager, I’m responsible for ensuring the overall cost-effectiveness of our contracts.
I work very closely with our Sales Key Account Managers, engineers and all the other departments at Akiem. I also stay in regular contact with our clients, which is one of the things I love about this job. It’s the key to building great relationships with clients.
